Mr. Sham H. Arjunwadkar
       Science graduate from University of Pune and Post-Graduate in Materials Management from IMDR. ‘Honorred Fellow’ of The Institute of Indian Foundrymen.
       Foundry man for the past 34 years. Entrepreneur and Managing Director of a Foundry producing C.I. Castings and Steel Castings.        Very well acquainted with all aspects of Foundry Technology and possesses eloquent knowledge of excellent management practices for production of Castings.

• Closely associated with 'The Institute of Indian Foundrymen' for more than 25 years.
• Past Chairman "Western Region" of IIF.
• National Council member for more than a decade and currently holding responsibility as "Chairman" for "National Center for Technical Services" of IIF. N.C.T.S. is the Center of Excellence of IIF" which caters the technical needs of practicing Foundrymen in India. The N.C.T.S. has become most active and vibrant Centre of Excellence of the IIF with his Leadership.

• Ex-member of 'Governing Council' of Deccan Education Society - more than a 100 years old and a very prime educational institute in Pune, and directly responsible for management of IMDR, a premier management institute in Pune.
• General Secretary of trust called 'SRIJAN' working for Entrepreneurship Development amongst engineering College students.
• Has presented a number of 'Technical Papers' coordinated and addresses seminars for foundry technology.

Mr. H. D. Arjunwadkar
       He is head of the family and a thorough foundrymen. A graduate in Engineering Technology from C.Wadia College in Pune (1944), he has had a very illustrious carrier path where he has worked at managerial capacities for Foundries such as M/s. Shivaji Works Ltd., M/s. HEPL Bhopal, M/s. Simco, Gwalior, M/s. Modern Foundry Ahmednagar & Bell Foundry - Pune, subsequently he became Chairman of a foundry enterprise started by his family.

       In the long tenure of more than 60 years he has trained several engineers and they are well recognized by foundry fraternity, where by he himself became an institution. He has guided several entrepreneurs for their projects and for their variety of castings problems. He has worked as Honorary Arbitrator for labor disputes on behalf of Hon. Industrial Court.

       He has been associated with the institute of Indian Foundrymen since 1958 and has actively participated in various programmed and projects of the institute. He is past chairman of IIF Pune Chapter. His immense contribution came through his association with late Shri. Nanasaheb Paranjape, when he became Chairman of TSCC (Pilot Project) and laid the firm foundation of NCTS today.

       The trio, late Mr. D. V. Paranjape, Mr. H. D. Arjunwadkar and Mr. P. K. Basukar are instrumental to bring concept of TSC in to practice.

       Mr. H. D. Arjunwadkar and late Mr. D. V. Paranjape are the inventors of only patent held by IIF.

Mr. Kaustubh S. Arjunwadkar
       He is the young and energetic face of Foundry Geomatrix. Having completed the Bachelors in Electrical Engineering (Pune University). He is currently associated with the marketing and client services of the company.
